Habitat for Humanity is an international, non-profit, Christian-based organization whose mission is to provide low-income families with decent, affordable housing in which they can raise their families.

Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1976 by Millard and Linda Fuller. Habitat for Humanity International operates in over 1500 US locations and in 300 locations worldwide. This includes all 50 states in the U.S.A.

We are dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Our ministry was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, decent place to live in dignity and safety.
